Deborah (Deb) Voyt, Ph.D.

Managing Director

Deb has more than 30 years working in multinational organizations as a global leader in operations, organizational development, human resource management, and compensation. In addition to her broad-based industry background and global expertise in compensation, Deb coaches executives, leaders, professionals, and teams to higher levels of performance. Her clients include individual and organizational clients in Fortune 50 multinationals, mid-sized companies, and non-profits. Deb’s expertise is in evaluating an organization’s current total rewards approach to compensation and suggesting actionable and sustainable changes that can increase employee satisfaction and improve retention, all while helping the organization to remain as efficient as possible with its money. In partnership with an organization, she will review your organizations compensation practices and then help design a strategy that will ensure compensation packages and policies are aligned with your larger organizational strategies and goals. Deb’s compensation experience includes practical and total rewards consulting expertise with hands-on experience in the strategy, analysis, evaluation, design, development, implementation, and communication of executive and broad-based compensation programs. Specific areas of expertise include competitive benchmarking, market analysis, job evaluation, and variable pay design for executives and non-executives in a variety of industries including durable manufacturing and consumer goods, technology, financial services, and non-profit.

Steven R. Davis, Ph.D.

Managing Director

Steve is a Certified Compensation Professional with over 37 years’ experience as a human resources professional.  He has expertise in global compensation program administration (including executive compensation, long/short-term incentives, job evaluation and market research), employee communications, HRIS coordination, and project management.  Steve has led compensation projects in the Americas, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.  He also has extensive experience with pay equity analyses and implementing strategies to leverage diversity and change management initiatives.  Steve has also had leadership roles in training and organization development, labor relations, salaried administration and human resource planning.  He has also consulted and facilitated acquisitions, mergers, and joint venture activities. Steve advises a wide variety of clients, among them both publicly-traded and closely-held businesses, on their compensation and change management needs.  Prior to entering the consulting profession, Steve was a Senior Consultant on the Global Compensation Staff of General Motors Corporation.

Alfred J. Candrilli

Founder (Retired)

To name a few areas, Al’s extensive experience includes executive, sales and variable compensation, as well as, salary administration, performance management, and succession planning.  He has served as a Regional Performance Management and Compensation Practice Leader for KPMG PeatMarwick, LLP, and Deloitte & Touche. Al has also served as the National Head of Sales Force Compensation for KPMG. Al is a nationally known expert on the Internal Revenue Service’s “intermediate sanctions” regulations governing executive compensation arrangements in tax-exempt organizations. He also provides litigation support and expert witness testimony on behalf of clients. Al testified in the landmark case of Galliard vs. Natomas. His testimony laid the basis for adoption of Section 280G of the Internal Revenue Code, which sets the standards for executive compensation arrangements during change of corporate control.

Mark has over 32 years of corporate and third-party retained search experience. His corporate experience includes over 13 years at National City Bank (now PNC). An accomplished talent acquisition executive with an outstanding record of growth and execution.

He has earned the reputation as a passionate, customer driven recruiting professional focused on delivering strategic, timely recruiting solutions to his clients. Mark has worked with a wide range of clients from large publicly-traded companies to small privately owned business. His areas of focus/expertise include: Finance/Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Operations, Human Resources.
